Marcelo Bielsa is looking to guide his Leeds United side back to winning ways this weekend against Sheffield Wednesday.

Leeds tasted defeat for the first time in the league this season last weekend, with Birmingham City picking up a 2-1 victory at Elland Road.

The Whites weren’t at their best, with the likes of Kalvin Phillips and Ezgjan Alioski struggling in particular.

However, Bielsa has confirmed that he will not be making any changes to his line-up at Hillsborough this weekend.

Our writers discuss if Bielsa is making the right decision…

Chris Gallagher

It's the right call.

There's absolutely no need to overreact, and Bielsa has done extremely well in taking all the blame away from the players following the Birmingham defeat.

Now it's down to those players to repay Bielsa's faith in them with a big performance and win in the derby.

Alfie Burns

You’ve got to trust him.

It would’ve been easy for Bielsa to criticise his players and make changes at Hillsborough, but he’s making a bold decision and sticking with players.

It might come back to haunt Leeds, but if it does, you’d imagine Bielsa will again be shouldering the blame.

George Dagless

You can't question him.

Some managers might cause a bit of surprise not changing but Bielsa has shown time and again he knows what he is doing.

He's a respectful man and someone who keeps his word, this decision underlines his loyalty.
