‘You’re one of our own’ – Aston Villa fans react to powerful winger’s debut

Villa’s 19-year-old sensation, Corey Blackett-Taylor, made his first team bow last night as Aston Villa fell to a 1-0 defeat at the hands of promotion challenging Huddersfield.
Blackett-Taylor was an 87th minute substitution for Neil Taylor, as Aston Villa pushed to secure an equaliser, but unfortunately he was unable to salvage a point for Bruce’s men.
Blackett-Taylor is a fleet-footed winger, who at the moment, Villa fans will not know much about, but in the coming weeks, they look set to see a lot more of him.
The winger is powerful, skillful and quick, all the attributes needed to be a successful winger in the Championship.
If Bruce gives him a chance to play for Villa, then he may well turn out to be an influential player for them as the season draws to a close.
Villa fans were clearly impressed with the youngster’s performance last night and they would like to see a lot more of him in the dying embers of the season.
Here’s how Villa fans reacted to the youngster’s performance on Twitter…
