Following plenty of speculation over the past week, Sky Sports’ official Twitter page has confirmed that Hull City have accepted a bid from Premier League side Swansea, for the club’s star midfielder Sam Clucas.

With the first four league games having come and gone, it is safe to say that the Tigers haven’t gotten their 2017/18 campaign off to the best of starts.

One win, one draw, and two defeats and Leonid Slutsky’s men find themselves in 14th place already eight points off top spot.

Leonid Slutsky’s side will need to start picking up some better results if they’re hoping to get back into the Premier League at the first time of asking.

It isn’t exactly the time to start panicking just yet but their poor run of form won’t be helped by selling one of their best players unless that money is reinvested well.

History shows with transfers such as this one, that the money is almost never reinvested well.

Selling one of the club’s best players only angers fans and puts a target on the back of any new players coming into fill the void.

If they don’t immediately become accustomed to life at Hull then the fans will let them know exactly how they feel.

But how do the Hull fans feel right now? FLW writer Adam Goacher took to Twitter to see what the Tigers’ fans made of their club accepting that offer...
