Will Huffer is making great progress, with the young Leeds United goalkeeper recently returning to Elland Road following a month loan spell in the National League with Barnet.

Leeds boss Marcelo Bielsa handed Huffer, 20, a debut in the Championship earlier this season, with the goalkeeper keeping a clean sheet in a 2-0 win over Bristol City.

Since then, they’ve loaned him to Barnet, where he’s made three senior appearances – featuring in a stunning 3-3 draw with Brentford in the FA Cup, as well as two National League fixtures.

Now, Leeds have opted to not extend that loan due to an injury to Kamil Miazek, with Huffer recalled.

Huffer has taken to his personal Twitter account to issue a message to Barnet following his Leeds return, stating he was delighted with the spell.
