Friday 8th May marked a significant date in Mark Warburton's time at QPR so far, with it being a year since he was appointed by the Hoops as manager.

The former Brentford boss has managed some big clubs with the likes of Rangers and Nottingham Forest on his CV and, so far, he is doing a good job with the Hoops as well.

Indeed, before the break in the season the R's were one of the form teams in the league and pushing towards the play-offs, with balance struck between attack and defence.

Certainly, they have been entertaining to watch this season and Warburton took to Twitter on Friday to thank fans for their messages as he hit the milestone.
