Danny Cowley will be looking to reshape his Huddersfield Town squad this summer, as he continues to get his feet under the table at the John Smith's Stadium.

The Terriers have endured a tough first season back in the Championship following their relegation from the Premier League, and securing their status in the second tier will be the main priority should the season resume.

Regardless of whichever league Huddersfield find themselves in next season, Cowley will want to get rid of the deadwood to make way for his own players.

The Yorkshire club have bid farewell to plenty of players in the past, though some may be surprised to learn where they are currently plying their trade nowadays.

Here, we take a look at five ex-Huddersfield players and see where they are playing now...

After coming through the ranks at Manchester City, and failing to impress on loan at the likes of Crewe, Oldham and Sheffield United, Bunn joined Huddersfield permanently in January 2014.

The young attacker impressed on loan before joining the Terriers for good, making just short of 100 appearances for the club during a four-year stay in West Yorkshire.

He then signed for Bury in 2017, and now plys his trade in Scotland for Kilmarnock, making just four first-team appearances thus far.

Gobern made 79 appearances for the Terriers during a four-year stay at the John Smith's Stadium.

The former Southampton midfielder helped Huddersfield win promotion to the Championship in 2012, but after spells at the likes of Mansfield, Ross County and QPR, he now plays in the National League.

Dover Athletic is where he's now plying his trade.

Hammill impressed on loan at Huddersfield in 2012, and the club swooped to sign him on a permanent basis soon after.

The winger made 75 appearances in total before leaving for Barnsley, where he helped them win promotion from League One after a superb goal in the play-off final against Millwall.

Nowadays, Hammill is out of favour at Scunthorpe, and was sent out on loan to Stockport County in the early stages of the season.

Carayol joined Huddersfield in the first half of the 2015/16 campaign, scoring three goals in 15 appearances for the Terriers.

The winger now plys his trade in Turkey for Adana Demirspor, after spending time in Cyprus with Apollon Limassol.

Stead came through the ranks at Huddersfield and later returned to the club as a much older, experienced player.

The veteran forward made just shy of 100 appearances for the Yorkshire club, before eventually leaving to join Notts County.

After an impressive time at Notts County that ultimately ended in relegation to the National League, Stead is now at Harrogate, spearheading their promotion push.

Are these Danny Cowley facts true or false?
