The 33-year-old has featured seven times for the Australian side, scoring twice and adding two assists.

A product of the Bees academy system, Adams' career at Griffin Park never really took off and the midfielder featured just four times for the senior side before leaving the club permanently in 2015.

The 25-year-old switched the EFL for the US second tier and can now be found at San Diego Loyal after he secured a move their in February.

Adams had made just two appearances for his new side, who are managed by Landon Donovan, before the delay to the season.

Brentford snapped up the Arsenal academy product in 2014 and he went on to become a useful weapon for the Bees – making 157 appearances and adding 12 goals and nine assists before his exit.

In January 2019, the 26-year-old joined Chinese Super League outfit Beijing Sinobo Guoan.
