West Brom midfielder Romaine Sawyers has described it as a "pleasure" to have played behind his side's attacking unit during their emphatic 5-1 win over Swansea on Sunday afternoon.

Sawyers played the full 90 minutes as West Brom extended their winning run to six games in style with Semi Ajayi, Matheus Pereira, Hal Robson-Kanu, Matt Phillips and Kyle Edwards all on target during a statement victory.

The Baggies were facing a Swansea side who had previously not lost an away league match this term, but they proved to be no match for Slaven Bilic's side as the likes of Sawyers, Matheus Pereira and Grady Diangana all shone in attack.

These three players all formed a part of the club's transfer business over the summer, with their success in the transfer market having seen them assemble a side that is now sitting at the Championship summit after 20 matches.

Sawyers took to Twitter after the match to sing the praises of his teammates:

Plenty of West Brom fans replied to this with many praising Sawyers' performance against the Swans, while some also claimed the midfielder should not be afraid to take more shots in support of the attack.
