Since moving to Sheffield Wednesday from Watford in 2015, Fernando Forestieri has become an integral member of the squad.

He missed a massive chunk of last season after having a knee operation and you could see how much the team missed him, with Wednesday slipping to a disappointing 15th place finish.

The season before he scored 12 goals and assisted six more as Wednesday made it to the Championship playoffs and scored 15 goals and assisted seven the year before.

But every player has his price and there is little doubt that Forestieri will be a player that many clubs in the Championship are looking at to potentially poach.

Wednesday's owners will have most likely discussed an acceptable price already should bids start coming in for the Italian.

So if a £10million bid came in for the attacker, would you accept it?

We discuss...

Gary Hutchinson

Depends how serious he is about promotion. If he's fine with selling off his best player and looking to replace, fine.

Past history suggests spending £10m doesn't guarantee you anything though, so if he is serious about their top flight ambitions then it should be a big 'no deal'.

£20m and we'll talk.

George Dagless

I'd be tempted.

Forestieri is arguably the Owls best player but with money tighter than it has been at Hillsborough such cash cannot simply be dismissed.

It's the sort of money that could get you a few players and so I'd expect them to really think about it if such a bid came in.

Alfie Burns

Only if you could guarantee some real quality was coming in.

Forestieri is a great player, but like all players, has a price.

If Wednesday can get £10m for him, it’d be a good deal, but Chansiri would need to replace him.

Chris Gallagher

No chance.

He's the Owls best player and they should be going for promotion. It would take a lot more to consider selling him for me, particularly in today's market.

Jay Williams

I think you have to accept an eight figure sum, even in today's market.

With £10m, Sheffield Wednesday can kick-start their summer spending.

Although Forestieri will be a big loss, he is now 28, he was injured for most of last season and there are other options out there.
