Sunderland has been calling upon their fans to help change the seats in an area of their stadium. 

They shared a photo of the helpful group today with many of them dressed in suitable Halloween attire, but one of them stood out for the shirt she was wearing.

Proudly smiling on the front row was a Newcastle United fan kitted out in the colours of the Black Cats' notorious rivals.

The man stood next to her clearly does not approve, pointing a drill in the direction of the United fan's head.

Jack Ross's side will be hopeful of breaking into the automatic promotion places with a win against the Plymouth Argyle.

A win against Derek Adams' side would be the club's fifth in a row after victories against Bradford City, Shrewsbury Town, Doncaster Rovers and Southend United.

But for now, the rogue Newcastle fan is the only thing on the fans' minds.
