York City have offered new contracts to full-back Lanre Oyebanjo and striker Michael Coulson, BBC reports.
24-year-old Oyebanjo, reportedly a transfer target for Crawley, was voted the Minstermen’s Player of the Year, and has spent the last three years with the club.
Striker Coulson, 26, is with York since 2012 after joining from Grimsby and has scored eleven goals for the club.
“It’s never an easy decision at any stage but we are in the process of trying to take the club forward”, said Nigel Worthington.
He has already released defender Tom Allan, midfielders Sander Puri, Adam Reed and strikers Chris Dickinson and Calvin Andrew.
“We’ll get together with Lanre and Michael when they come back from holiday and then hopefully we can get something sorted out.”
