Nottingham Forest will be keen to get back to winning ways tonight, as they prepare to take on arch rivals Derby County at the City Ground.

The Chris Hughton era has started off positively for Forest, who have picked up four points from a possible six since the 61-year-old's appointment on Trentside.

The Reds won at Blackburn Rovers, but were held to a frustrating 1-1 draw at home to Rotherham United on Tuesday, on a night where they squandered glorious goalscoring opportunities.

Nottingham Forest quiz: Are these 10 facts about City Ground true or false?

Tonight, Hughton will be urging his players to return to winning ways, and claim bragging rights over their bitter local rivals.

With this set to be the third game Forest have played in the space of six days, Hughton is likely to make changes to the side that drew with Rotherham, having named an unchanged team on Tuesday evening.

Here, we take a look at what the Forest XI should look like tonight...

Forest have been largely solid in their first two games under Hughton, producing two impressive defensive performances in a row.

On Tuesday night, they were unlucky to concede as replays suggest that it probably wasn't a foul on Billy Jones, and probably wasn't a penalty.

Nevertheless, we predict that the same back-four will start tonight in Cyrus Christie, Scott McKenna, Tobias Figueiredo and Nicholas Ioannou. Loic Mbe Soh will be knocking on the door pushing for a start, though.

In midfield, there is likely to the one change in Harry Arter replacing Jack Colback. Arter has come on to replace Colback in the last two games, and has made a positive impression off the bench.

Going forward, Hughton may hand a rest to one of either Joe Lolley or Sammy Ameobi, with the latter perhaps more likely to miss out due to the hectic schedule in the past week.

Fans will be desperate to see Anthony Knockaert start following his arrival from Fulham, with Chris Hughton saying that he is in "good shape" following his move from Craven Cottage.

Whether he's ready for a starting berth just yet, though, is another question. Tonight, we predict that Alex Mighten will get a chance to use his pace and create problems, with Knockaert starting on the bench.

Up top, there is another big call for Hughton to make. Lewis Grabban is seemingly lacking confidence at the moment, after squandering glorious goalscoring opportunities on Tuesday night.

Lyle Taylor is waiting in the wings to come in and replace him, but we expect Hughton to give his captain the nod and give him another start in what is a massive game tonight.
