Wycombe Wanderers forward signs new deal with the club

Wycombe Wanderers forward Aaron Holloway has agreed a new deal with the League Two club, the club have confirmed.

The 22-year-old arrived at Adams Park in the summer, and has helped his side reach the League Two play-off Final, featuring in 34 games for the Chairboys.

It his recent performances in the run in towards the end of the season that has attracted interest for the youngster.

Holloway has scored four goals this term, including one in the play-off semi-finals against Plymouth. He signs a new deal keeping him at the club until 2016.

Boss Gareth Ainsworth said to the official site: “When Aaron came to us last summer, he was very raw, but we knew with hard work we would be able to unlock the potential in him.

“He’s come on leaps and bounds and is really showing that he’s capable of fulfilling that potential, so much so that he’s received interest from other clubs.

“We’re delighted that he’s staying with us and I’m excited about the prospect of having a fully-fit, confident Aaron Holloway in my squad for the 2015/16 season.

Holloway was out of contract in the summer, as are Charlie Horlock, Tommy Fletcher, Steven Craig, Matt McClure, Hogan Ephraim and Nathan Evans.
