Jordan Hugill has split opinion for Queens Park Rangers this season.
The West Ham man is on a season-long loan at QPR and has so far managed 13 goals in all competitions, equalling his career-best for a single season.
But the 27-year-old could’ve had so many more. He’s proved inconsistent, and often wasteful, scoring only his second goal in 16 league appearances against Stoke last time out.
He’s the weight of West London on his shoulders after Nahki Wells’ departure as well, being QPR’s sole striking option up until the summer, by which time he’ll be on his way back to West Ham.
But should QPR look to make his move permanent? He’s likely one of the higher earners at the club, but he scores goals, and the club really doesn’t have an answer for when he leaves.
Can you get 15 out of 15 on this QPR quiz? Have a go now!
Plenty of fans have given their verdicts on the matter, and here’s what they had to say:
Would love it but we wouldn’t afford his wages and West Ham would probably want about 5m at least

Only if we can’t get anyone better I think

No chance we could afford it

For the right price, yes as he’s a decent striker at Championship level. I suspect however that he’ll prove to be too expensive if West Ham want to get back anything near what they paid for him (£8-10m?).

Yes, but wouldn’t able to afford his wages

I’d love to. But can’t afford him. He’s getting on a bit though so he may be persuaded to drop a division permanently

Yes but see if there’s other option first
