Plenty of Nottingham Forest have took to social media of late to discuss a potential January recall for Tyler Walker, who is currently playing on loan at Lincoln City in League One.

The Reds are short of options in their attacking armory, having bid farewell to the likes of Daryl Murphy, Hillal Soudani, Jason Cummings and Apostolos Vellios over the course of the summer.

This has left Lewis Grabban and Rafa Mir as their only out-and-out striking options up top, with many calling for Walker to be recalled after an impressive start to life at Sincil Bank.

After scoring 26 goals in all competitions for Mansfield Town last term, Walker has made the step-up to League One seemingly with ease.

The 22-year-old has scored seven goals in 15 appearances for the Imps, despite their turbulent start to the campaign following the departure of former manager Danny Cowley to Huddersfield Town.

If Walker were to be recalled by Forest, then it would be a detrimental blow to Lincoln's hopes of finishing in the play-offs this term.

On social media, Imps fans have reacted to Forest fans discussing a potential recall for Walker - here's what they said...
