‘Would be absolutely perfect’, ‘Snap him up’ – Plenty of Nottingham Forest fans react to Lyle Taylor situation

Sabri Lamouchi will be identifying a number of transfer targets for Nottingham Forest ahead of the summer transfer window.
Promotion isn’t off the cards for the Reds just yet, and with the summer fast approaching, Lamouchi will be drawing up a list of potential targets regardless of whichever division they are playing in.
One player who Forest were linked with back in January is Charlton Athletic forward Lyle Taylor, who faces an uncertain future at the Valley.
Which manager signed each of these 15 Forest players?
The 30-year-old has scored 11 goals in 22 games for the Addicks this season, but the London club are struggling and sit two points adrift of safety in the Championship table.
With the striker’s contract expiring in the summer, too, manager Lee Bowyer has recently suggested that relegation to League One could lead to Taylor’s exit.
Whether Forest need another striker or not is another question. Lewis Grabban has been on fire this season, scoring 17 goals with nine matches remaining.
Tyler Walker has been in and out of form since returning from his loan spell at Lincoln City, though, whilst Nuno da Costa has been injured for the majority of his time in the East Midlands.
Here, via the Nottingham Forest News page on Facebook, Forest fans have been discussing a potential move for Taylor…
Robert Norton: Yes. We have a habit of letting these kind of signings slip through our fingers though. I’d love to see him in a Forest shirt.
James Hilton: Best player on pitch against us at home this season
Jon Bridge: Would be absolutely perfect. But he will have a ton of good offers I’m sure
Jay Jay James Bar: Would be a great signing if we could get him..
Adrian Nicholas: Sign him up
Philip Hardy: Snap him up.
Brian James Govier: Come to Forest
