‘Worst we’ve played all season’, ‘We were lucky’ – Plenty of Brentford fans react to Leeds United clash

Brentford secured what could be a crucial point on Tuesday night when they drew 1-1 at home to Leeds United.

The Bees took the lead through lively winger Said Benrahma. He put pressure on Leeds goalkeeper Kiko Casilla, who misjudged a pass, allowing the Algerian to tap into an empty net.

The Whites drew level before half-time as Liam Cooper poked home from a corner after Bees goalkeeper David Raya completely missed his attempted punch.

It’s a result that moves Brentford up to fourth in the table, just two points behind the automatic promotion places, after rivals Nottingham Forest suffered defeat to Charlton, with both West Bromwich Albion and Fulham playing tonight.

Thomas Frank’s side have now lost just once in their last 11 matches, and their remarkable rise up the table has seen them become a significant contender for promotion to the Premier League.

Here’s how Bees supporters reacted to the draw with Marcelo Bielsa’s Leeds on Tuesday night…
