It's been a great season so far for Wolves with them top of the Championship and looking like a side that is going to remain a title challenger for the rest of the campaign.

Of course, as is the way with the second tier, nothing is a forgone conclusion until the final day but the men from Molineux do look hard to stop with them attacking brilliantly and looking defensively sound. Nuno Santo has put together a top side bristling with confidence and talent and many are expecting them to get promoted.

If they don't, though, they could be in trouble with their bound to be Premier League clubs determined to try and poach their best stars. The likes of Ruben Neves and Diogo Jota - though he is on a loan - could easily play in the top flight and the same issue looks set to apply to Ruben Vinagre.

The young star is on loan from Monaco at the moment and could be another set for a Premier League bow, with or without the Molineux side with Everton apparently keen - as per The Daily Mail. The Toffees need a new left-back with Leighton Baines coming to the end of his career and Vinagre could just be the man they go for.

The Verdict

Clearly, Wolves need to get their loan stars in on permanent deals or things are going to go south rather quickly for them.

If they get all the players on permanent deals they are going to be looking very strong and promotion would help that no end. Fail to go up, though, and the Premier League big-boys will come calling.
