Wolves have had a pretty poor season all-round in the Championship this year but have hit a decent run of form in the league under Pual Lambert, arguably just when it matters most.

Like many teams up and down England, Wolves changed their manager mid-season and in came Paul Lambert, who was there to pick up the pieces after an extremely poor start to the campaign.

In hindsight his opening spell at the club couldn't have been much worse and there has been real pressure on his shoulders since he took over at Molineux.

But after stringing together some decent results in recent weeks, including a 3-1 win over promotion-chasing Fulham a couple of weeks ago, things are looking a lot better in the Black Country and supporters are hoping relegation will remain a distant memory this season at least.

And soon enough, thoughts will be turning to the summer and the transfer business that needs to be completed in order to ensure the club makes a better go of it next season.

And one team that always seems to be the target of loan moves is Chelsea, who have an extraordinary amount of youngsters playing out on-loan over the world.

So with that in mind, here's the TWO Chelsea wonderkids Paul Lambert needs to be signing this summer....

Tammy Abraham

Tammy Abraham has had a rip-roaring debut season and having spent the year at Bristol City, the young Chelsea forward has bagged heaps of goals durin g his stint at Ashton Gate.

Whilst his post-Christmas form has dipped a little compared to what we saw at the start of the campaign, he's still be extremely impressive and there are plenty of Blues fans that want to see him in the first-team next season.

But one more spell away from the club should prepare him fully for the pressure that comes with pulling on the Blues jersey and he could do a lot worse than spending time at Wolves, who must be looking to push for promotion at the end of the season.

Mukhtar Ali

Somalian-born midfielder Mukhtar Ali joined the Chelsea youth set-up aged 11, after making the switch from Leyton Orient.

Football fans in England might not know an awful lot about him but he's having a good go at it in Holland, where he's been turning out for Vitesse Arnhem this season.

He's a box-to-box midfielder who is excellent at covering all areas of the pitch.

But like many of Chelsea's loan players, they will be keen for Ali to get some time playing in England which could cue a move to Wolves this summer.
