Newly promoted Championship side Wolverhampton Wanderers are chasing Leicester City’s New Zealand international striker Chris Wood according to the Leicester Mercury.
Wolves are looking to add to their attacking ranks and see Leicester City striker Chris Wood as the ideal target.
It is not yet known as to whether they are looking to bring him in on a loan deal or on a permanent basis but we do know Woods is looking for first-team football and would be willing to move away in order to achieve this.
It looks like Wood’s days at the club are numbered following the club activating the relegation release clause in Cardiff City striker Fraizer Campbell’s contract.
Wolves will be looking to pair him up with Nouha Dicko in a frontline which they believe will take the Championship by storm.
