Wolves continue to set the bar in the Championship following a stunning set of performances which has seen them rocket to the top of the pile and impress pundits and fans alike.

As the Midlanders look to seal promotion back to the Premier League, manager Nuno Santo has got them playing some of their finest football in years, and Molineux is currently buzzing with excitement on a weekly basis.

The club have spent big sums over the past two windows, and with January fast approaching, the club could well look to venture into the market once again as they look to put the seal on a return to the big time.

One man who they could look to sign and further increase their goal threat is current Bournemouth and former Wolf, Benik Afobe, who is finding game time hard to come by and will continue to do so with the return of Callum Wilson to the Cherries' ranks.

Afobe was a goal machine during his last spell at Molineux, and his form subsequently earned him his move to the Premier League. However, since that move, things have not gone brilliantly, and despite not being a complete flop, he would have hoped to achieve more in the top flight.

He may well relish the chance to return to Wolves and be part of a promotion push, and he could be the perfect signing to take some of the goalscoring pressure off of Leo Bonatini.

Wolves fans, what do you think? Good signing? Let us know!
