Following Paul Lambert's arrival, Wolverhampton Wanderers underwent a revival in the second half of the season which saw them finish comfortably in mid-table.

After a summer of heavy recruitment which saw a heavy contingent of Portuguese players come to the club including Ivan Cavaleiro, Helder Costa and Silvio, there was a sense of the unknown about this Wolves side.

Whilst some of the summer signings have most certainly paid off, most notably Helder Costa who has gone on to be a revelation in the Championship this season which has attracted suitors from both the Premier League and continental Europe, others have struggled to adapt to English football.

In the summer, it is expected that Wolves will once again look to add to their Portuguese contingency with the aid of Portuguese agent Jorge Mendes.

With a close eye on the Portuguese top flight, one player who will most certainly be piquing Wolves interest in Nacional's highly sought after winger Salvador Agra, who is currently valued at £2.13 million.

Since joining from Spanish side Real Betis, the Portuguese international has been one of the standout performers in the Portuguese top-flight.

With twelve goals and seventeen assists in two seasons for Nacional, the 25-year-old winger is certainly an influential player and he could play a big role for Wolves next season.

With Wolves' transfer strategy likely to continue to include signing talented Portuguese stars, Paul Lambert and Wolves should look to sign Nacional's Salvador Agra, especially if it is for a relatively modest fee.
