Patrick Roberts spent his second consecutive season on loan at Scottish Premier League side Celtic this season, ending the campaign as champions once again.

The 21-year-old, on loan from Manchester City, hasn’t featured as much during this spell, thanks to injury, as he did in the Bhoys' treble-winning campaign last time out, but has impressed throughout the season regardless.

Wolverhampton Wanderers ran away with the Championship title this year, which saw them win 30 games, and we think they should perhaps consider a move for the winger.

Despite only having made one appearance for his parent club, Roberts isn’t short of experience having played across almost all levels of international youth football for England.

With Wolves preparing for a return to the top flight, we look back at his stats for the season.

As you can see, the stats are from Patrick Roberts’s entire season, in which he has made 12 appearances for Brendan Rodger’s title winning side.

Having only started seven games, Roberts contributed four assists to his fellow team mates, and could find himself in the right midfield spot at Molineux next season.

With just 531 minutes of football this season, the English youngster hasn’t had as much game time for Brendan Rodgers side as he did last year however, and is looking to move on to a new club for next season.

The midfielder will make a great addition to any team, and if a Wolves player next season, is bound to impress, for the small cost of his market value price of £6.75 million.
