Wolves Chairman Jeff Shi has spoken of his dream of getting Wolves to the Premier League, and has insisted the club will 'invest' and bring in the best as they look to make the Molineux club a force in English football.

In a report by the Express and Star, the Chairman of the Midlanders spoke openly about his plans for his club, and insisted the club 'want the best' and want to bring in 'industry experts' behind the scenes in order to grow the club into a global force.

In the report, which comes via the Mirror, Shi is open and honest about the investment at the club, and seemed defiant in his notions towards rumours the club would only invest in good value for money, insisting that himself and the club's owners will go all out to get the best in the business at Molineux.

Wolves have made a stunning start to the Championship season and sit comfortably top of the table after demolishing Bolton 5-1 yesterday at Molineux.

Shi also admitted that last season was a steep learning curve for the owners, and that this season they now realise what they need to do and just how far away they were from wanting to be at the level they expect the club to get to eventually following their big investment.
