Wolves outcast sends positive message ahead of tonight’s FA Cup tie

Wolves travel to face Premier League Swansea City in an FA Cup third round replay tonight but attacking midfielder Bright Enobakhare insists they have nothing to fear.

Nuno Espirito Santo is expected to make several changes to his side tonight, much like Swans boss Carlos Carvalhal, with the talented Enobakhare set for a start.

Speaking to the official site, the 19-year old reckons Wolves can take confidence from their performance at Molineux against the Welsh side eleven days ago. “We definitely should have won the first game against Swansea because we had a lot of chances but unfortunately we didn’t.”

We feel we can win there – we didn’t think about them being in the Premier League. Anything that comes, we don’t fear, we just have to play and enjoy ourselves because it’s all about enjoying yourself.”

The teenager has been a regular for the Black Country side in the cup competitions and although he frustrates at times, he has impressed on the whole with his fantastic ability in the final third. And, he credits the manager for how he has transformed his game.

The coach this year has really helped improving my game and making my game look easier for me.”

The Verdict

The youngster is right in what he says, Wolves won’t fear Swansea at all given how the game went at Molineux and they will expect to win.

They’ve beaten Southampton and held Manchester City over 120 minutes when Nuno has fielded weaker sides, so there’s no doubt Wolves have strength in depth.

For Enobakhare, it gives him a chance to shine once again against tough opposition.
