Wolverhampton Wanderers are interested in signing former Crystal Palace defender Dean Moxey, reports the Birmingham Mail.
Moxey was one of a dozen players released by Palace on Wednesday and and Wolves boss Kenny Jackett is understood to be looking for cover for first choice left-back Scott Goldbourne.
Leeds United and Bolton Wanderers are also interested in signing the 28-year-old.
The League One winners are hopeful of signing Sheffield United centre-back Harry Maguire and former Peterborough United winger Tommy Rowe.
Most of the Wolves budget will go towards a new striker, which is rumoured to be Leicester City’s Chris Wood.
Jackett took Wood to Millwall during his time as manager at the New Den.
Wolves’ Georg Margrettier’s move to Copenhagen is understood to be hanging in the balance as neither side can agree on terms.
