Having come through the youth ranks at the club, Jack Price went on to make a significant number of first team appearances for Wolverhampton Wanderers.

With his Wolves debut coming in the 2013/14 season, the central midfielder would go on to appear 115 times for the club, scoring two and assisting four in those matches.

As his time progressed at the club, though, appearances became harder to come by and in the end, Price made just five Championship outings in his final season at the club before making a mid-season departure and heading stateside.

Linking up with Major League Soccer side Colorado Rapids, Price departed with Wolves well on their way to promotion to the Premier League.

With the international break upon us, here at FLW, we thought we'd take a quick glance stateside to see how the now 29-year-old is getting on.

How is he getting on?

Still playing for Colorado Rapids, Jack Price has gone on to make a really good career for himself in MLS.

Across his time with the club, for example, they have reached the MLS playoffs on several occasions, and have also competed in the CONCACAF Champions League.

Across his five years stateside, Price has racked up 128 appearances for Colorado to date, and is also now the captain of the club.

During those 128 matches, he has scored twice, and assisted his teammates a very respectable 28 times.

In the 2022 season, Price has appeared 17 times for the club in MLS, with the club currently sitting 11th in the Western Conference, six points adrift of the play-off places.

It seems as though Price has done very well for himself on his new career path then, making that decision to depart Wolves look a good one with hindsight.
