Wolverhampton Wanderers have adapted relatively well to what has been a testing season so far, with the Premier League club having to contend with the physical demands of the UEFA Europa League, Nuno Santo has really had to utilise his full squad.

Despite a slow start to the campaign, the Midlands-based outfit have seen their form really pick up in recent weeks, with Santo's side currently sitting in eighth place of the Premier League table after a run of five games unbeaten.

However, many Wolves fans will feel that their side is lacking at the top end of the field. With the club only possessing Raul Jimenez, Patrick Cutrone and Diogo Jota as their only real recognised strikers, supporters will be pleased to have seen the club linked with a move for a new frontman in recent times.

As reported by Football League World, the Wanderers are interested in securing the services of 19-year-old Reading striker Danny Loader in January, with the youngster being one of the brightest young talents in the English Football League.

The Molineux faithful will no doubt be buoyed by the youngster's goal scoring record, with the Reading youth product having netted 29 goals in 83 career games, with many of those strikes coming at youth level, suggesting that the forward certainly has room to develop into a talented first-team player.
