Both Wolves and Aston Villa could be preparing for Premier League football next year, after hugely impressive performances in the Sky Bet Championship.

Wolves will definitely be playing in the top-flight next season, having won the Championship title, whilst Villa are 90 minutes away from joining them, with Steve Bruce’s side in the play-off final tomorrow.

Recently, both Wolves and Villa have been linked with a move for FC Porto’s Moussa Marega, with the Midland duo reportedly eyeing a big-money deal for the 27-year-old.

Marega was impressive for Porto over the course of the 2017/18 campaign, scoring 22 goals across all competitions and adding a further six assists to that tally.

Last year, the striker was playing Champions League football, but both Wolves and Villa are in the race to secure a €30m deal.

Here at FLW, we wanted to know if Wolves’ supporters were confident of beating Villa in the race to sign Marega this summer.

Supporters of Nuno Espirito Santo’s side appear confident that if they make their move for Marega he will snub Villa.

78% of Wolves voters in our poll are confident of landing the 27-year-old’s signature, whilst just 22% believe Villa will swoop.

Where can you see Marega playing his football next season? Let us know your thoughts!
