Sky Sports have reported that Wolverhampton Wanderers boss Kenny Jackett has said he will be avoiding bringing in any loans that wont be permanent.
After gaining promotion to Sky Bet League One, Jackett will be looking to strengthen his side to compete in the Championship next season. He is hoping to bring in permanent deals but has said if a loan deal was to arrive then it will be made permanent at some point.
Jackett spoke to the Express and the Star newspapers and said “We’d prefer our own players and a loan player we have a chance of signing in the end.
“If it is a loan, and loans have been successful for us at times, we’d hope it’s one that turns out to be a permanent deal, if it goes well for both sides.”
