The Express & Star reports that Wolves have added Scott Sellars and Rob Edwards to the coaching staff.
Rob Edwards only retired from playing in October of 2013, he has been appointed to coach the under-18s, Scott Sellars however will be directly coaching the under-21s side.
Wolves have had a restructure in their academy with Sellars and Edwards replacing Weaver and Halsall who have both left the club.
Director of football operations Kevin Thelwell said: “Following a restructure of the academy, we’re delighted to have appointed Scott and Rob to the respective coaching positions. Scott will bring in a high level of expertise in youth development. During his time with Sheffield United, he brought through players such as Matt Lowton, Kyle Naughton and Kyle Walker.
He went on to say “He also picked up some first-team experience in his role as assistant manager at Chesterfield and has been working at Manchester City for many years. Rob will be well known to Wolves fans as a former player and everyone will know what sort of character he is. He’s a really good guy who’s just starting his coaching career.”
