Bradley Dack is a player who has shot to prominence over the last few seasons, first with Gillingham and then more recently with Blackburn Rovers.

The 24-year-old scored 18 goals and assisted nine more for Rovers last season and earning himself the League One Player of the Year award in the process.

So there is no doubt that Dack will be extremely important in determining the success of their season.

But aside from Dack, Blackburn are not inundated with other goalscorers.

Striker Danny Graham and defender Charlie Mulgrew both notched 14 in the league, but after him, their top scorer was on loan striker Adam Armstrong.

Is it, therefore, possible that Tony Mowbray and Blackburn are too reliant on the attacking midfielder?

We discuss...

George Dagless

It's tough to say.

The numbers he got last season suggest maybe they are but, to be fair, it would look like that because he was so good in 17/18.

Many sides would seem reliant on him but every team has their best player and I think we're overlooking some of the other strong players in their squad.

Gary Hutchinson

No, of course not. One-player teams do not come second in League One.

Dack is a huge player for them but they're as reliant on him as Derby were on Vydra last season. One player can be important without a side being too reliant on them.

Chris Gallagher

Without a doubt.

He is a quality player and their main man but they need others to step up. If he got an injury or lost form you would really wonder where the goals and creativity are going to come from.

Alfie Burns

Probably, but most teams have a player they’re reliant on.

Dack is Blackburn’s standout player, who I’m really excited to see in the Championship next season.

He will be key to how they adapt back in the Championship.

Adam Willmott

A key player, but not over-reliant.

You do not win promotion from League One being over-reliant on one player, Dack is crucial to the Rovers squad but there is plenty of quality around him.

Jay Williams

At the moment, they will be very reliant on Dack's goals and creativity.

Rovers need to sign another striker to ease the goalscoring burden.
