Leeds United have enjoyed a strong start to the Championship and currently sit third in the table, with Patrick Bamford crucial to that.

The striker, who has been criticised in the past, has weighed in with four goals in six games, ensuring he has been able to keep his place in the XI despite Eddie Nketiah pushing for a starting spot.

And, Bamford's mentality was praised by an ex-Leeds employee yesterday, with Marcelo Bielsa's former translator Salim Lamrani sending a message on Twitter about the 26-year-old.

Lamrani, who spent last season at Elland Road and previously worked with Bielsa in France, was a popular figure among the support even though he didn't have a prominent role at the club.
