There has been significant change at Elland Road this week, with Thomas Christiansen replaced by Paul Heckingbottom as Leeds United’s head-coach.
The 40-year-old has agreed an 18-month contract with Leeds, agreeing to leave Barnsley for a move across Yorkshire and the Championship, linking up with Leeds until the summer of 2019.
Heckingbottom was unveiled yesterday, before taking charge of his first training session with Leeds’ first-team later in the day.
Leeds’ official website then conducted an interview with the club’s new head-coach, who laid out his ambitions to get to the Premier League, insisting it is his ultimate aim to manage in the top-flight.
