Sheffield Wednesday are back in Championship action this afternoon when they take on Leeds United at Elland Road.

Garry Monk holds a strong record against Marcelo Bielsa heading into the fixture, having taken seven points from the Argentine since he made the switch to Leeds in the summer of 2018.

He did the double over his former side last season with Birmingham City, before a goalless draw was played out between Wednesday and Leeds earlier in the season.

Today, he’s looking to add to that record, but has got to do so without his leading goalscorer Steven Fletcher, who is out for 8-10 weeks with a knee injury.

Additionally, Tom Lees is absent, leaving Osaze Urhoghide to retain his place in defence.

Sam Winnall leads the line for Wednesday in the absence of Fletcher, with it looking like Adam Reach and Jacob Murphy will be tasked with supporting him from the wide areas in a 4-5-1.

Here, we breakdown some of the Wednesday reaction to this afternoon’s team news…
