Leeds United boss Marcelo Bielsa has revealed that there is no timescale on Adam Forshaw's return from injury, which has left many fans of the Yorkshire club frustrated.

The midfielder has not featured for the Whites since their 1-0 loss against Charlton Athletic at the end of September and has played just 45 minutes since the end of August.

Forshaw began the season as a key player in Bielsa's side, starting the first six games of the season before he was sidelined.

Speaking at a press conference ahead of the trip to Luton Town on Saturday, the Leeds boss provided an update on the 28-year-old, who is understood to be suffering from a hip injury.

Speaking to Phil Hay from The Athletic Bielsa confirmed that Forshaw remained sidelined and that there was no exact timescale on his return.

Despite being without Forshaw for much of the season, Leeds are well set to mount a serious promotion charge this season and are third as things stand, only outside the automatic promotion places on goal difference.
