Sheffield United really need to get themselves back to winning ways this weekend after a couple of below par results in their last two games.

The men from Bramall Lane have been brilliant this season but one point from their last two home games has put the brakes on a little bit in terms of their promotion charge.

Even so, to even be involved with the promotion race at this point is some achievement and now the Blades need to kick on and prove that they are here to stay.

A win over Millwall would be handy this weekend, then, and whilst we wait to see how they get on it looks as though George Baldock has the potential to be involved with the side.

The right-sided star has been injured recently but he has been training this week and Chris Wilder has confirmed that he has a chance of being involved - as per the club on Twitter:

This is promising news, then, as Baldock is a key part of the settled XI that has done so well this season and so to have him back should boost the Blades chances of beating Millwall come kick-off.

The Verdict

We've seen in recent weeks how the Blades need some of their perhaps more underrated stars this season.

Baldock has been missed - as Paul Coutts will continue to be - and so to at least be able to call upon the right sided before too long is a welcome piece of news.
