Sheffield United have arguably over-achieved this season, pushing hard for a top six place so soon after arriving back in the Championship.

It's been a terrific campaign, but it could have been even better had they maintained form over the last few weeks.

They've won just twice in seven matches, but are still just four points outside the play-off race.

They surprisingly went down 3-2 to struggling Barnsley at the weekend, but the next two matches could be crucial as Millwall and Boro visit Bramall Lane.

If the Blades want to finish in the top six then they're going to need to take six points from the two games, starting with a win tonight against Tony Pulis' Boro side.

They've won just one in four and have a 1-1 draw with Burton on their record recently, so a win isn't beyond Chris Wilder's ambitious side.

They will need to make changes though if they're to pick themselves up from the recent slump. Here at FLW we think that there's two switches they could make which may impact their chances.

Sharp hasn't scored for six games and if there's one thing the Blades need, it is goals. Whilst it might surprise some, we think it is time to give the striker a rest and throw in talented youngster James Wilson, on loan from Manchester United.

Wilson offers something a little different and with Tony Pulis having prepared to face Clarke and Sharp, he would represent a new type of challenge for the opponents.

We're not suggesting the end of Sharp at all, but a little kick up the behind might jump start his season at the crucial time.

Brooks hasn't been bad, but part of the Blades success has been down to consistency and I can't help but feel they need a return to the 'old school' of Mark Duffy.

Duffy sat out the Barnsley clash, albeit until the early part of the second half, but Brooks didn't impress and the reliable Duffy has to grab his place back this evening. This isn't a time for talented youngsters, but experienced older heads.
