Leeds United travel to Wigan Athletic on Sunday as they look to earn an important win in the Sky Bet Championship.

Rounding off the second-tier action, the Whites will know where they stand in the league before taking to the DW Stadium turf and so it promises to be an intriguing affair.

Ahead of the clash, then, we once again caught up with Thomas Bradley of I'd Radebe Leeds to take a closer look at all things Whites-related...

Luke Ayling has been ruled out for a couple of months - is there a growing sense of concern among the fans about the amount of injuries?

Given how last season unfolded with injuries and suspensions I think fans are naturally wary of players picking up knocks, especially to key players like Luke Ayling. The squad is fairly small so whoever steps in for Luke will need to earn their weight in gold over the next few months.

Wigan away this weekend in what should be an open game - will that play into the Whites' hands?

When any game is open, it plays into our hands. You only have to look at our performance and result against Derby away from home this season. We’ve struggled more against the sides who sit deep behind the ball. Hopefully, Wigan’s willingness to attack will play into our hands.

Bielsa preferred Forshaw to Saiz in midfield last week - will that continue this weekend?

At a guess I think Forshaw will keep his place. He’s a player Bielsa rates highly and Saiz is still incredibly effective coming off the bench.

Kemar Roofe has suggested that the Whites need to work on defending set pieces right now - how big a concern is it for you?

It’s a major concern. We’ve ended up drawing games we should be winning because of poor defending on set pieces. Bielsa will have identified it as a problem to resolve so I’m hoping we’ll see a much improved Leeds United at opposition corners and free-kicks.
