Sky Bet League One side Wigan Athletic are set to launch a bid for Sheffield United winger Matty Done, according to FLW Sources.
The 26-year-old only arrived from League One rivals Rochdale in the January 2015 transfer window, after scoring ten goals in 23 appearances from the left wing.
The forward went on to continue his goal scoring form, scoring a further eight goals in the months that followed.
Wigan are looking to add the stars of a League One to their side this summer, in order to clinch promotion back to the Championship, following a torrid season in the second tier that lead them to relegation.
FLW understand that a bid is set to be tabled imminently by Gary Caldwell’s side, with it uncertain as of yet whether Blades boss Nigel Adkins will let him leave the club.
Adkins will be hoping to keep hold of his main stars this summer, as he also hopes to win promotion to the Sky Bet Championship, after they missed out on the play-offs last term.
