Wigan Athletic considering swoop for Leeds United striker

Wigan Athletic are interested in signing Leeds United striker Billy Sharp, reports The Sun.
FLW also understands the Latics are interested in Sheffield United forward Matty Done.
The Latics are into their ‘new era’ at the DW Stadium and manager Gary Caldwell is looking to restructure his squad following their shock relegation from the Championship last year.
Ironically, they are competing with fellow League One side Sheffield United for Billy Sharp’s signature, as Nigel Adkins has targeted his former player as an addition to his squad.
Sharp only joined Leeds last summer for an undisclosed fee and has hinted of a move away from the club after a lack of first team football.
Done, who can also play on the wing, had a stunning year in front of goal for Sheffield United, finishing as one of League One’s top scorers by netting 18 times as well as gaining seven assists.
