It promises to be a very busy summer at Leeds United with manager Paul Heckingbottom vowing to make major changes to turn the club into play-off contenders.

The Whites seriously struggled in the second half of the campaign and ultimately ended up finishing in the bottom half.

After finishing seventh last year, many fans hoped the club would go one better. However, key players such as Chris Wood, Kyle Bartley and Rob Green departed and weren't suitably replaced.

Recruitment has been a significant issue for Leeds in the past two windows and it needs to improve in the coming weeks.

Yet, with many new arrivals expected, it will also mean many leave.

Here we look at three players who are sure to leave before the new season...

The German keeper has had a disastrous season that saw him lose his place under two different managers.

He made too many basic errors and struggled with the physicality of the Championship.

Wiedwald isn't included on the post-season tour to Myanmar and is sure to leave in the coming weeks.

The winger has barely featured since Heckingbottom took over and didn't even make the squad on many occasions towards the end of the season.

With the likes of Alioski, Hernandez and Saiz comfortably ahead of him in the pecking order and new signings expected, it's time for Sacko to go.

The Swedish forward is another who failed to make the matchday squad for many games this season.

Cibicki made little to no impact for the Whites this season and with new forwards sure to be a priority for the manager this summer it will be best for the former Malmo man if he leaves.
