Derby County picked up back-to-back home wins for the first time this season, after a 2-0 victory over Luton Town on Saturday afternoon.

The Rams would have been bitterly disappointed after being held to a 2-2 draw late on against Barnsley in midweek, with Phillip Cocu's side looking to bounce back after a frustrating result at Oakwell.

But there would be no frustrations on Saturday afternoon for the Rams, who moved up to 13th place in the Championship table with a win over the Hatters.

Their first goal was very fortunate indeed, with Matty Pearson scoring a bizarre own-goal to give Derby an early lead. Tom Lawrence then rounded off an eventful week for the winger, with a cross-cum-shot finding the net in the second-half.

The afternoon also saw Graeme Shinnie make his first league start for the Rams - the Scottish midfielder has struggled for game-time under Cocu, following his move from Aberdeen to Pride Park.

But after putting in an hugely impressive display in the middle of the park, we take a look at what Derby fans made of his performance...
