Celtic secured a double treble last season but they know they will need to improve if they are to land another clean sweep domestically with Steven Gerrard sure to improve Rangers.

However, Hoops boss Brendan Rodgers won't sign players for the sake of it and has generally looked for younger players that have a lot of room for improvement and development.

And, one man who could fit the bill in that aspect is 21-year old West Brom man Oliver Burke.

The winger burst onto the scene at Nottingham Forest and was superb, impressing with his pace, power and ability to score and create goals.

Such was his performances, German side RB Leipzig were convinced to make a move for the Scotland international. However, from there his career has stalled with a move to West Brom not helping him rediscover that promise.

As our graphic shows, he didn't do much last season for Albion, although it is important to point out that a lot of his appearances were as a substitute.

Nevertheless, he should be more productive, find better positions and deliver more when he gets the ball and Rodgers could be the man to take his game up a level.

The former Liverpool man was key in helping Raheem Sterling's development and has several young players in Glasgow who are promising and always improving.

Burke could thrive under his coaching and playing in an attack-minded team domestically and then getting the chance to play in Europe could help his career.

The talented youngster is back in the Championship years after he was supposed to make the step up but a move to Celtic could get him back on track.
