The Yorkshire derby between Leeds United and Sheffield Wednesday has always been big.

But with both teams battling each other for a place in this seasons play-offs, this season’s rivalry has been one to remember.

Leeds United are currently sat outside the play-offs on goal difference and with three games remaining, they will be desperate to fight their way into the top six.

The Owls currently hold fifth spot in the Sky Bet Championship table, and Carlos Carvalhal will be hopeful that his side can maintain their strong recent form.

Outside the Premier League you will struggle to find to bigger clubs than both Wednesday and Leeds and there is every possibility that one of them could be playing in the top flight next season.
