And with both clubs affiliated in the East Lancashire derby, the home support of the two clubs is heavily contested among fans in the region.

Ewood Park is considerably larger in terms of capacity than Turf Moor, but the historical charisma of both grounds add sentiment to the stadiums as they house two sets of fans that believe they deserve to win promotion.
