Sheffield Wednesday goalkeeper Keiren Westwood has claimed that the 2015/16 play-off semi-final legs against Brighton were his favourite games of all time, which has drawn an interesting reaction from fans of the Yorkshire club.

Westwood has made nearly 200 appearances for the Owls during his six years with the club but his most successful seasons came early on in his time at Hillsborough.

Have these 15 current Sheffield Wednesday players been capped at senior international level? – Yes or no? Have a go now!

Under Carlos Carvahal, Wednesday made it to the play-offs in consecutive seasons between 2015 and 2017, with the Irish shot-stopper a key performer on both occasions.

Yesterday was the four-year anniversary of the second leg of the Owls play-off semi-final against Brighton, a tie that they won 3-1 on aggregate, and Westwood has taken to Twitter to reminisce about the games.

Despite the fact that Wednesday were beaten by Hull City in the final, it appears the semi-final is still a very find memory for the 35-year-old.

It seems he is not alone as many Owls supporters feel the same about that period and have taken to Twitter themselves to voice their thoughts.
