It’s been a frustrating start to the summer for Leeds United, who have yet to make a real impact in the transfer window.

Lewis Baker has been the only addition to Marcelo Bielsa’s squad, with Leeds missing out on a number of targets already.

Kyle Bartley had been one man on Leeds’ radar, however, recent reports have all but confirmed that the Swansea City centre-back is set to join West Brom.

The Yorkshire Evening Post have taken a look at Leeds’ defensive options and how they are shaping up under Bielsa, after their decision to not pursue a deal for Bartley.

It’s expected that Bielsa will turn to a three-man defence next season, with Leeds’ current options leaving them short of what is desired in defence, which has been pointed out by supporters.
