Queens Park Rangers left it late last night but they eventually beat Derby County at Pride Park with Macauley Bonne getting them over the line in the final few minutes.

It's been a week of big late goals for the R's with Dom Ball flashing one in on Saturday against Cardiff City and Mark Warburton will be pleased with his side's recent demonstration of never say die.

Equally, he'll likely be pleased to have seen Bright Osayi-Samuel back in the side again after missing the Barnsley clash last week due to contract speculation.

Both Celtic and Rangers have been credited with an interest in him as we wait to see if he will sign a new deal with the Hoops, with them obviously hoping that can get him on a pre-contract deal in January with his current agreement running out at the end of this season.

Osayi-Samuel did look around Club Brugge's facilities ahead of a potential move there in the summer but that never came about, and you have to wonder if his recent return to the QPR side is a good sign from their perspective.

Indeed, Mark Warburton has been on record since the Barnsley game that contract talks are heading the right way with the winger, so he is clearly hopeful that, eventually, this will get over the line.

Of course, Hoops fans won't count their chickens as this has been reported for some time but the fact of the matter is he is back in the side and that should be a good indicator thus far.
