Kenny Jackett will be desperate to go one step further this season with his Portsmouth side and win promotion back to the Championship.

Last season saw them push for automatic promotion throughout the entirety of the season but had to settle for fourth place, eventually losing narrowly to Sunderland in the play-off semi-finals.

The club have not been resting on their laurels at all, however, with six new faces arriving at Fratton Park this summer including Ellis Harrison, Paul Downing and Sean Raggett.

However, the fans were given some rather inconvenient news on Thursday morning when it was announced that their August home clash with Rotherham United had been postponed.

The decision was made due to policing concerns with the match clashing with a music festival in the city over the same weekend.

With the match now likely to be rescheduled for a Tuesday or Wednesday in the future, it has left plenty of fans rather irritated...
